In Covid Fight, UP, Bihar Health Infrastructure Exposed?

Uttar Pradesh and Bihar have one fourth of the country's population, but their response to the COVID-19 pandemic has faced a deluge of questions and controversy. A research paper published in a prestigious journal a few days ago says UP and Bihar are the worst states when it comes to COVID-19 data reporting. With cases rising in both states , the dismal health infrastructure is now being shown up as desperately inadequate at a time when needed the most.
